Saudization project in Saudi Arabia has entered a new phase after a set of regulations and decisions adopted by the government in order to appoint qualified Saudis in suitable posts. Accordingly, the Ministry of Labor established and implemented new policies and positive collaboration with all of the public and private sectors and all stakeholders. With these resolutions, different sectors seek to respond to these real trends in labor market, and work to find suitable jobs according to qualifications available within the market, and create real programs to bring the male and female Saudis in various business sectors, in terms of national duty and social responsibility, in addition to the legitimacy of qualified and trained Saudi labor to get jobs that match their qualifications.

In line with this trend and supporting it, Prolinks came with the idea of launching the exhibition "Tawteen" according to a new concept under the banner of "real opportunities for Saudis" to be with the start of the calendar year 2012, with the active and wide participation of various relevant agencies in both the public and private sectors, to display all institutions and companies career opportunities available to them, and qualifications required, in order to introduce them for job seekers of both sexes, according to modern concepts of Saudization with scientific and innovative methods, in line with the Saudi Arabia's goals and Ministry of Labor's strategy of Saudization.
